Mosquito Bridge NHDOT Public Meeting to Be Held Sept 23

Mosquito Bridge NHDOT Public Meeting to Be Held Sept 23

Since the last NHDOT public meeting on June 8, 2016, in Center Harbor, members of the Snake River/Mosquito Bridge Preservation Committee have worked closely and diligently throughout the summer with town officials, State Representative Valerie Fraser and NHDOT to develop a repair plan for Mosquito Bridge that is in keeping with our residents’ wishes.

All parties agree that great progress is being made in revising NHDOT’s repair plan for the bridge. Please join us for the next meeting:

NHDOT PUBLIC MEETING – MOSQUITO BRIDGE
SEPTEMBER 27, 2016
6:30 PM  (doors open)  7 PM Presentation
NEW HAMPTON PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
104, NEW HAMPTON, NH

At the September 27th public meeting, it is our expectation that NHDOT will present mutually acceptable revisions that reflect our expressed objectives for the bridge repair.  We are extremely appreciative of the assistance we have received from the New Hampton and Center Harbor Select Boards and State Rep. Valerie Fraser.  Their unwavering support and involvement has been crucial in the preservation of Mosquito Bridge.

Once again, it is imperative we have a very large turnout to show DOT that the resolve of New Hampton and Center Harbor residents is strong and remains united.  Our goal is to ensure the repair of Mosquito Bridge is performed in keeping with our towns’ wishes.  We need your help!  Please make arrangements to attend the NHDOT presentation of the revised repair plan.

We look forward to seeing you there!

The Snake River/Mosquito Bridge Preservation Committee
