We will kick off our Lake Winona Lake Host Program Saturday, June 3. Last year, thanks to the efforts of paid and volunteer Lake Hosts, 68 complimentary boat and watercraft inspections were conducted at Lake Winona’s boat launch. The new ‘Clean & Drain’ law, initiated by NH Lakes, went into effect on January 1, 2017. 2016 Canoe & Kayak Race Photos

The rain held off long enough for this year’s Canoe & Kayak Race, but the weather resulted in a smaller turnout than years past. Participants had fun racing each other around the large pink floating flamingo (our official race buoy compliments of Wally & Yvonne Kielb  of Boulder Island) and back to the finish line (Paul & Trisha Epstein’s dock at 182 West Shore Road).
