The first 2026 Lake Winona Improvement Association will take place Saturday, June 20 at 9am. As requested at the August meeting, the June 2026 meeting will be hybrid. The Lake Waukewan and Lake Winona Watershed Steering Committee is seeking a volunteer to represent Lake Winona in its discussions and review of the 2016 restoration project to protect the long-term water quality of our lakes. The 10-year project focused on lowering in-lake phosphorus, sediment inputs, and polluted runoff by 10% in Lake Waukewan and 5-10% in Lake Winona.
