The Lake Winona Improvement Association (LWIA) summer meeting will be held Saturday, June 23 at 9 am. Jeanne Chute (900 Winona Rd) has once again graciously offered her wonderful yard and stunning view of the lake for our meeting.

The proposed meeting agenda includes:

• Vote on proposed amendments to the LWIA by-laws (please visit https://lakewinonanh.org/2012/proposed-amendments-to-bylaws/ to download a copy of the by-laws with amendments marked)
• Review LWIA budget
• Vote on proposed 2012 Fund Appropriations
• Vote on proposed increase to annual dues
• Nominations  for and re-election of LWIA officers for 2013-2015 appointment
• Update on lake water testing efforts
• Set date for August Summer Social/LWIA meeting
