The next water testing dates are Sunday, July 22 and Sunday, August 19, at 1 pm. The following Monday at 10:00 am will be designated rain dates. For the past 30 years, water quality analysis has been a top priority for the LWIA. These testings show whether the water quality of the lake has deteriorated, improved or remained the same, and helps identify the location of specific problems so that corrective action can be initiated. Lakes without such regular, proactive measures typically learn they have a bacteria problem when fish start dying or persons become sick after swimming. Testing is paid for by lake owners through dues paid to the LWIA. Your support is appreciated.
