Free Seminar: Tips to Reduce Storm Water Runoff

The Waukewan and Winona Watershed Protective Association is hosting a free educational seminar on practical tips for shore owners for reducing storm water runoff. It is especially important for shore owners to build protective buffers to keep exposed soil, landscape debris, fertilizers, and pesticides from being washed into the lake.

The seminar will be held July 19, 2012, at 6 pm at the Meredith Community Center. Andrea LaMoreaux of the New Hampshire Lakes Association will be presenting.
