The LWIA June meeting was held on June 24th via zoom, you can review the summary and full minutes on the Meeting Minutes page.  We have 2 loon chicks this year and they are doing fine so far.  The water quality reports for the end of last year as well as June of this year are available on the Water Quality over time page.  We are planning our August in person LWIA meeting on August 19th at 9 am at the Anchorage, we’ll have more details in a member email shortly.  If you haven’t noticed it has rained quite a bit, the water levels are pretty high.  That hasn’t stopped a host of critters from enjoying the lake including some otters, a muskrat, and a bald eagle pair who enjoy terrorizing the loons!
